Purchase & Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. If You are purchasing classes, You will be able to provide payment via PayPal on the Service www.deannaweinholtz.com. If you would like to purchase artwork please contact Deanna Weinholtz directly at fineart@deannaweinholtz.com . You will be invoiced via email through PayPal where You will be able to pay via credit card.
We will determine the best carrier, packaging and delivery time frame for you.
To process and ship your artwork we require an email address, phone number with area code, and a shipping address that is not a PO Box.
Shipping & Delivery
Deanna Weinholtz will arrange for shipping. Shipping costs will be Your responsibility and will be calculated individually based on the destination, package size and weight, insurance, and any special requirements you may request regarding delivery time frames. We currently offer shipping only within the United States. Once shipping details are confirmed you will receive an invoice for payment. When payment is received your artwork will be shipped and tracking confirmation will be sent to you. Risk of loss is the carriers responsibility through the insurance that is purchased. If artwork arrives damaged you must notify Deanna Weinholtz via email at fineart@deannaweinholtz.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for the outcome of the claim or for any damages incurred during shipping.
Copyright & Reproduction
Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright, Deanna Weinholtz retains the copyright and all rights to reproduce the artwork. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Erie County, New York.
Limitation of Liability
Deanna Weinholtz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the sale or use of the artwork .
